Orders are shipped out via GLS or National Postal Services (Slovak Postal Service) depending on the shipping zone

 * if the order is over 3kg we will be sending it in multiple packages/shipments.

Zone 1: Slovakia

Zone 2: Austria, Czechia, Slovenia

Zone 3: Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands

Zone 4: Denmark, Italy, France, United Kingdom

Zone 5: Rest of Europe (Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine) 

Zone 6: Rest of World

• It takes 1-3 business days to process your order (shipped once a week) and for average deliveries 1-2 business days (Slovakia), 2-5 business days (Europe), and up to 14 business days (Rest of the World)
  
  IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE: Due to the current pandemic of COVID-19 the delivery times can be further extended to more than 14 days in some cases (mostly outside Europe).
  
  
• In rare case, deliveries may take longer than the average time, which may be due to the customs or post office holidays high traffic
