FAQ

• It takes 1-3 business days to process your order (shipped once a week) and for average deliveries 1-2 business days (Slovakia), 2-5 business days (Europe), and up to 14 business days (Rest of the World)
  
  IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTICE: Due to the current pandemic of COVID-19 the delivery times can be further extended to more than 14 days in some cases (mostly outside Europe).
  
  
• In rare case, deliveries may take longer than the average time, which may be due to the customs or post office holidays high traffic
  
  
• The Legits is not responsible for import taxes & customs fees that may occur for orders outside of Europe

If your order is eligible for free shipping a free shipping option will be available to chose from the shipping methods. Please make sure that you select the free option during your checkout process.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

You can pay with your credit or debit card directly at the checkout page. The service is provided by STRIPE and all your information is secured and private. We accept all major cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

PAYPAL

We accept PayPal payments. You can pay with your PayPal account or your credit / debit card as well.

BANK DEPOSIT

If you prefer, you can pay via bank deposit option. It takes more time to process your order if you chose this option, please accept a longer delivery time.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Option available only for deliveries in Slovakia.

Discount code or Gift Card code can be inserted on the checkout page. Fill in the shipping address and locate the "Discount" input field. Please enter the code and click on the "Apply" button. The value of your gift card should be automatically deducted from the total value of your order. Please make sure that the value of your order is equal to or higher than the value of your discount/gift card as you will not be able to use the remaining amount. Your gift card can be used only once, for one purchase, and it expires one year from date of purchase.

Please note: Even if you wish to pay via PayPal you need to input the shipping address in order for the Discount to be applied. Do not use the yellow PayPal button in the Express checkout section if you wish to use your discount code.
