Personal information is gathered by Thelegits.com during the order checkout process. During the checkout process, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and payment information is collected. You also have the option of setting up an account to store personal information at which time a username and password are collected as well. Please note that your user name is your email address and you are able to create your own unique username. If you forget ior lose your password you can have it resent and the new password will be emailed to the address on file. For security reasons Thelegits.com does not store sensitive credit card information on our servers. To view your account history, click My Account at any time to view your Thelegits.com order history and track the status of your orders placed online. In order to view the information in the My Account section of the site you must first log in using your username and password.
UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Log onto Thelegits.com and click My Account to update your personal information online. If you have lost or do not remember your password, then please send an email from the email address you used to register your account. We will only send password information to the email address listed under the account.
The information collected during registration is used primarily to process and ship your order. Thelegits.com will periodically update customers via email about new product updates and promotions. 3.RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Legits. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.
If you purchased an item(s) from Thelegits.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 14 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on Thelegits.com or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Item(s) purchased from Thelegits.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund.
To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
If you would like to return a product that you already bought and would like to exchange it for a smaller or bigger size product (for example, pants with bigger or smaller size), you will be responsible for shipping fees of the returned product from your home to our warehouse, and we will pay for shipping of new product to your home. However, this only applies if you return a product for the first time. If you try to return and exchange a product for a second or more time, you will be responsible for all shipping fees to and from our warehouse of the returned and new merchandise.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. In case of refunds, we will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your package is returned due to reasons such as an incorrect address is provided during checkout or package is not called for or is refused, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the re-shipment of your order to the correct address.
On the technical nature of the service offered, The Legits assumes no responsibility for loss of data, information or files that occur as a result of the cut or interruption in the supply of any of its services, declining any responsibility for damages that it may arise. The Legits reserves the unilateral right to suspend temporarily or irreversibly, and without prior notice, access to its system or part or all of this content, due to the possible need for maintenance, repair, renovation, improval or incompatibility with the service offered.
The Legits is not responsible for misuse which might be made of this website. The Legits can not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause damage to computer systems, electronic documents or files of users of this website or third parties, so it is not responsible for any damages that may result from these causes. The Legits is not responsible for the content of web pages linking to our website, because they are not under control of The Legits nor such third party information is approved by The Legits. Any dispute arising by virtue of the provision of this service will be accepted and treated under the Slovak law, and shall be submitted for resolution of any disputes arising from to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bratislava
- Browse the site to locate the items you want to buy.
- When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, colors, and add the items to your cart.
- When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout". You can check out as a guest, or you can register and create an account (this would speed up your order process on repeat visits).
- Fill out your billing and shipping information, and select your shipping method.
- Select your payment method.
- Once you successfully make a payment at either PayPal or CardPay server, you should be redirected back to our webstore, where you can review your order. This does not apply to orders paid via Cash on Delivery, since these orders are not redirected to other servers.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the order creation date, and you should expect to receive your order within 2-9 business days depending on your location and distance from our warehouse located in Slovakia.

- For your orders, you pay in your own currency in the amount that is equivalent to the order amount in Euros!
We currently offer three methods of payment:
- PayPal – Please use PayPal to pay with your VISA or MasterCard credit and debit cards, or if you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay directly to our Paypal account.
Cash on Delivery (Dobierka) – Pay after your order is delivered (Only available in Slovakia)
Bank Transfer Payment (Platba prevodom) - If you don't have a credit, debit card or Paypal, you can simply choose paying directly to our bank account. Just select the "Bank Transfer Payment" option while checking out and send your payment (order amount + shipping free) to our bank account (our bank account info is provided during the checkout). You should confirm your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as we receive your payment to our bank account, we will ship your order.
